If we could see the miracle of a single flower clearly
our whole life would change.Buddha
Hey there, I’m Liz. I’m a multidisciplinary graphic designer who has spent the last two decades developing, designing, and scaling brands for entrepreneurs through branding, color theory, and design. I have a passion for bringing beauty to the chaos of our everyday lives. Cue, flowers.
I have always had an eye for aesthetics in all things I do, but what makes me a little different is that I’ll work with you from the theory and design to the installation. I’ll bring my experience and eye to your treasured spaces and will do it with love and enthusiasm – because that’s who I am.
I have tremendous respect for all events and opportunities. From planning a baby shower for Kim Kardashian to a very intimate ceremony, I treat every client the same. I promise to bring my keen understanding of plant composition to every project, from small bouquets to large-scale installations.
I currently live in Carlsbad, CA with my dog Orbit, very close to the ocean. We love being lightly salted after our daily walks by the beach.
Flowers make intimate connections. The presence of flowers led to increased contact with family and friends.
“Common sense tells us that flowers make us happy,” said Dr. Haviland-Jones. “Now, science shows that not only do flowers make us happier than we know, they have strong positive effects on our emotional well being.”
A team of researchers explored the link between flowers and life satisfaction in a 10-month study of participants’ behavioral and emotional responses to receiving flowers. The results show that flowers are a natural and healthful moderator of moods.
Flowers have an immediate impact on happiness. All study participants expressed “true” or “excited” smiles upon receiving flowers, demonstrating extraordinary delight and gratitude. This reaction was universal, occurring in all age groups.
Flowers have a long-term positive effect on moods. Specifically, study participants reported feeling less depressed, anxious and agitated after receiving flowers, and demonstrated a higher sense of enjoyment and life satisfaction.
I will always support the communities who have always loved and accepted me with open arms. I am beyond LGTBQ friendly and would honor the opportunity to create beautiful things for such a beautiful community. There is no room for anything but love and compassion in my world and flowers are a wonderful way to express that.
I am more concerned with your zip code than your identity because gas is expensive, but humanity is not. I have spent some of the best years of my life in cities like Washington DC and San Francisco. I love the slow pace of the beach, but my city girl heart is progressive and kind. And that applies to everything in my life.
It’s really important to me that each client gets the full attention they deserve. Quality is more important to me than quantity. If we are the right fit, it’s going to be fantastic – as it should be.
